Multi- Trade Operative

Enjoy an ongoing, self-employed opportunity working with a respected and well-established Social Housing Contractor. This Multi-Trade Operative position offers an initial 6-month contract with the potential for ongoing work beyond this period.
Youll be joining a major Social Housing Contractor in the Sheffield area, known for providing long-term opportunities and fostering a supportive team environment. This is a company where your contribution will be valued, offering consistency and stability throughout your contract as a Multi-Trade Operative.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be:
Carrying out basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, and painting tasks
Undertaking heavy lifting duties where required
Working on kitchen refurbishment projects

A Basic DBS
A Green CSCS Card
A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
The ability to reliably travel to and from site

Location & travel
Based in Sheffield, this role requires travel between one to two properties per day, making a full UK driving licence and own vehicle highly desirable.
